  Presentation of proposal and estimate 
  If acceptable, sign preliminary agreement 
  If changes are needed - go over options and 
    review scope of work
  Schedule date for review of changes.

Before job begins you will have: 
  Design if needed 
  Scope of work including specs 
  Copy of contract 
  Payment schedule 
  Allowance sheet 
  Suppliers list 
  Job schedule

Prepare for start of project 
  Pull permits 
  Order dumpster 
  Order material and special orders
 

During the next two weeks we will: 
  Draw rough plans - if needed 
  Prepare scope of work for your project 
  Review past similar projects 
  Request updated pricing 
  Prepare proposal 
  Schedule appointment

After signing preliminary agreement we will: 
  Finalize plans if needed 
  Finalize scope of work 
  Send out to suppliers 
  Schedule walk through of your home with our team 
  Prepare final design, scope of work and contract for client
