Our clients wanted to have their elderly brother move in with them as he wasn’t able to live on his own any longer. Very Unique project for reasons way to long to type, but ask us about it! Overcoming the house’s unique attributes we can up with this Accessible design and remodel for them.

Some of the features are :

non slip flooring
roll in shower
grab bars
a lift system prepped for future use
separate entrance for visitors and to allow him the sense of privacy
a deck for relaxing with a ramp to enter and exit
full handicap accessible bathroom

Handicap accessible remodeling & Aging In Place Contractor

Added a patio door on to a small deck for access and for a place to relax

Double swinging doors with removable panel for a future chairlift if needed.

Endured a Tornado and the damage they always cause. ATB and team were more than patient with my difficult insurance company, fighting to get was right and fair, without attempting to pad their pocket. They did the work in the time frame specified, were professional at all times, and really did an outstanding job. Rebuilt our garage completely and to the specs I asked for. Made several upgrades along the way, at no additional cost to me or the insurance. Additionally, everyone there is excellent to work with, friendly, courteous, professional. I can't recommend Attics to Basements enough. You will not go wrong hiring them for all your home project needs.

David and the Attics to Basements team were there for us in designing a building our new deck in our backyard. We had ATB out for a small project. They installed a 7' cabinet in one bathroom and an over the toilet cabinet in another. They made it look like it was done by the original builder. Great attention to detail and cleaned up like they were never there. Would highly recommend them.

Attics to Basements did a great job when the main level of our townhome flooded. David was very professional and made the process of dealing with our insurance company to correcting the damage in our home seamless. Attics to Basements completely restored the main level of our townhome in a timely fashion and the work was flawless.
