We pride ourselves in our knowledge of our industry. To maintain and grow our knowledge we invest in our continuing education thru NARI, other trade association classes and seminars.

Attics to Basements plays a strong active role in the communities we serve. Our community means a lot to us, which is why we volunteer and donate to things that impact those around us. Our community outreach includes raising money, donating time and money to our local charities which include food shelves, meals on wheels, coaching our youth in sports, organizing community events and volunteer work thru our churches.

About David Vinje

David has 20 yeas of experience with home remodeling. He graduated with a carpentry diploma and continued his education in business courses through the community college. Over the years, he has completed continuing education classes and gained certifications including MCR, CAPS, CKBR, and EPA renovator.

David’s passion for exceptional customer service lead him to start Attics to Basements in 2006.

During David’s limited personal time, he enjoys fishing, hunting and mastering his craft Jiu Jitsu.

We were Proud to have received the 2019 Small Business of the Year from the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce.

David was also Named top 40 under 40 by Professional Remodeler Magazine 2009

About Jesse Krech

Jesse has 19 years of experience in designing and actively working with construction projects. Jesse brings a unique skill set to the company. He has a great mind for design and the know how to make the project come together perfectly for the customer.

Jesse graduated from the University Of Wisconsin with a BA degree in Interior Design., which ultimately lead him to the love of helping people with their home remodeling projects design and function.

Jesse loves to do woodworking and build furniture with his spare time and would love to visit every country in the world someday.

Kitchens are the life of your home. As an NARI Certified Kitchen & Bathroom Re-modeler, we take pride in making this space perfect. Mid-range kitchen remodels can vary be-tween $25,000 to $55,000 and high end remodels can range from $70,000 on up.

Additions

As an NARI Certified remodeler, we have been trained & tested on our knowledge in all aspects of remodel-ing. We love making home additions look like they have always been there. Prices on additions can start at $40,000 for a porch & $65,000 on up for other types of remodels.

Bathrooms

As an NARI Certified Kitchen & Bathroom professional, we can take that old bathroom and make it exactly what you want. ADA bathrooms are also a specialty for us. Bathrooms generally start at $12,000 for a standard $24,000 for large master baths

Endured a Tornado and the damage they always cause. ATB and team were more than patient with my difficult insurance company, fighting to get was right and fair, without attempting to pad their pocket. They did the work in the time frame specified, were professional at all times, and really did an outstanding job. Rebuilt our garage completely and to the specs I asked for. Made several upgrades along the way, at no additional cost to me or the insurance. Additionally, everyone there is excellent to work with, friendly, courteous, professional. We had ATB out for a small project. They installed a 7' cabinet in one bathroom and an over the toilet cabinet in another. They made it look like it was done by the original builder. Great attention to detail and cleaned up like they were never there. Would highly recommend them.

David was very professional and made the process of dealing with our insurance company to correcting the damage in our home seamless.
