Adding a 2nd story to a St. Louis Park 1.5 Story Home

This was a project adding a second story to a house in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Our clients didn’t want to move but with their third child on the way, they needed more room. Having seen the one a few blocks away we completed the year before, they called us to come help them do the same thing. After sitting down and going over budgets, we designed them a second story while staying within the budget. We added three bedrooms, a large full bathroom, walk in master bedroom closet, and an upstairs laundry. They also decided to remodel the kitchen and all new windows on the main level.
We are blessed as Heather and Corey were great clients and very fun to work with. The new pink room goes to a lucky baby girl!
