Bathroom Remodeling and Design Contractor
A remodeled bathroom can make a big difference in the enjoyment of your home. Common reasons for a bathroom remodel are to add space, repair or replace worn out (or dated) materials and fixtures, and update to current decorating trends. It is an opportunity to upgrade to greater efficiency and less energy usage with a low flow faucet or a dual flush toilet. And if you’re planning to move at some point, updated bathrooms are a major consideration in the decision to purchase a home.

Bathroom Remodeling
Bathroom Remodel – Bathrooms in older homes can look old and worn out. Sinks may be rusty and there may be old cast iron bathtubs. A standard bathroom remodel is a full re-placement where the plumbing stays close to the same location. The drywall is typically replaced with water resistant materials, as is the floor, stool and vanity. Customers may choose upgraded fiberglass or tile showers, and laminate or cultured marble countertops. The standard bathroom size is 8-by-5 feet.
Upscale Bathroom Remodeling
Twin Cities Master bathroom suite and upscale bathroom remodels is typically defined as a Master suite or a joint bathroom that’s over the standard 8-by-5-feet size. These projects typically include tile floors, in-floor heating, heated towel bars, solid glass shower doors, a Jacuzzi tub, steam shower or both, and high-end faucets. They often include tile façades with wainscoting around the entire perimeter, and they may include a claw-foot bathtub. Other amenities can be linen closets with custom built-ins, walk-in showers, double-bowl vanities and a separate stool area. These jobs require moving walls and relocating major plumbing components.
